Our Sites

We develop écopark sites: Fully autonomous buildings (efficiency-plus or low-energy buildings) which produce more energy than they consume.

The buildings include fully equipped offices between 200 and 2500 square feet with spacious warehouses and a loading dock on the larger units.
Some of our écopark sites are equipped with solar canopies, electric vehicle charging stations, and outdoor wellbeing spaces in a natural landscape.

Site Characteristics


Our flex sites include buildings equipped with photovoltaic solar panels which form a grid-connected solar power station allowing them to be fully sustainable.
We apply innovative solutions from production of the solar energy to the management of the energy flows.

Self-Sustainability

The electricity produced from the solar station reduce the maintenance costs of the building, and the surplus energy is reinjected into the grid, supplying the neighboring houses with clean energy.

EV Charging Stations

Our "Écoparking" lots are equipped with several electric vehicle charging stations powered by photovoltaic solar canopies. The surplus energy also serves to reduce the cost of common area maintenance.

Wellness Spaces

Some of our sites conserve a maximum of green vegetation and even include outdoor wellness spaces composed of wooden picnic tables and vegetated pergolas shared by our tenants, all in a very pleasant natural landscape.

The sites are located in industrial flex zones in proximity to major cities.
The commercial tenants occuping the spaces contribute to local properity and innovation.
